I subsequently had the car towed to AutoDent, where for a third less, they cut out and rebuilt the roof, repaired all the dents and scratches on the hood and sides, replaced the windshield, and warrantied all the work.
Marco Truffo, the manager, and the guys in the shop are fantastic. Even if the job turns out to be much more involved than anticipated, they will stand by the estimate and won't cut corners on the quality of the work. They are very busy and can run behind schedule, but it's worth the wait. My car looks brand new (again) thanks to AutoDent.
