Audi of Rockville servic staff wre professional and concerned to do a good job. On this occasion, appointnents were kept, estimates were accurate, work was done well. They found issues that were paid by manufactureres warranty. No serious downside. the dealership and the shop are nice and cofortable.

My air conditioner was blowing hot air. Audi repaired in 2023. In 2024, the same issue arose and I returned to have the issue fixed at no cost. The staff was pleasant and the dealership was nice yet the initial repair was not done correctly.

Customer service terrible; don't return phone calls. Repair people constantly try to up sell repairs. Repair prices outrageous. No followup by sales people after purchase completed.
