They have such wonderful inventory and staff. Very professional and a huge selection of furniture and decor items. Love shopping there.

We ordered furniture and were given an "approximate arrival date". There was no updates or communication in regards to the missed date, and when we inquired it felt like we were bothering them to ask for an update. When the items were delivered there were problems with the parts for a storage unit that was part of a bed. The delivery people did not know how to install the parts, and they did not appear to fit correctly. The delivery people were told to bring the problem parts back. It is over a year later, and missing parts have not been corrected. There has been NO communication from Becker except when we have inquired and then there has visible effort to resolve the problem or make an adjustment for the fact that we did not receive part of our order.
