This is the only Apple store in the Philadelphia area to go to. The other ones are disorganized and chaotic. You just keep your fingers crossed that they get to you and answer your concern.

I recommend apple, but don’t recommend this location. I’ve been here several times and some of the employees are extremely helpful, but some can be downright condescending and waste your time.

This is a good Apple store. There is sometimes a wait, but that is not out of the ordinary with Apple stores.

Apple agent scheduled an appointment for 1:15p on day when Appt for next day was requested. His action occurred at 1:05p snd unless I lived next door no way to be there. Went the next day what I requested and told I could wait since I missed the Appt of the day before. I requested a new battery and was told 1:45 hours later everything checked out and I paid $(2 for that. I need to constantly recharge my battery as it ladts about 3-4 hours. If not for pandemic I would have problems keeping battery charged as I do not carry electricity with me. In sum I paid $52 for nothing. That does not make me happy. I was taken

I've generally had good luck buying products and getting service from the Ardmore Apple Store.

I wish there was a rating between "Adequate" and "Superior" because thats where I would rate them. Good products, very good support, but often the stores are too crowded for easy access
