Not Recommended
Some of the staff who have direct contact with the residents are wonderful and treat them well. However, if your loved one is not able to advocate for themselves - or at least tell you how things are going, I would not want them to live here.

This is a good place with wonderful staff that tries hard usually with a smile on their face. After 3 years here, the best thing about The Jefferson is the staff. (Of course there are exceptions.) Overall rating is superior, but not perfect. Among all the complaints, most people are happy here. I am happy here.
