I was impressed by the attention to detail and quality of service provided by the sales person. Delivery was on time, and the delivery agent called in advance to make sure the delivery time was correct and that someone would be present to accept delivery.

Ordered dishwasher. On scheduled install day, 3rd party installation company called to say the dishwasher was at Lowe’s but it was defective. They said another dishwasher would be ordered and the new installation date would be in a week. Two days before the scheduled install date, Lowe’s called and asked if I needed a new dishwasher. They had not reordered a new dishwasher. The store employees knew something was wrong but didn’t not contact me until just before the scheduled arrival. I asked to speak to the store manager. He didn’t know what happened but he would order a new unit and installed in a couple of weeks. It would be a month after we placed the initial order. No thanks. We canceled our order and will never do business with Lowes again.
