We replaced our fridge, range, dishwasher, and microwave this year. Best Buy (Fair Lakes) had a great selection and helpful floor sales people. But beware: The sales deals are fake in the sense that they make up for it in delivery fees. Granted, they claim they contract out delivery, but still ... though we bought 4 products, we paid separate delivery for each of them, including $200 delivery for a $250 microwave. Ridiculous! This is a Best Buy issue generally not an issue with this specific location. Some of the delivery contractors are good and others are horrible - guy who delivered the dishwasher tried to shake us down for an additional $350 and suggested he might need to cut through our cabinets - no, all he had to do (and all the next guy did) was what YouTube suggests, which is unscrew the levelers at the bottom. The delivery experience left a very negative feeling about Best Buy.

Everything went well. Sales person was knowlegable and efficient. Only negative was pressure to add on extra stuff, e.g., extended warranty, etc.

Purchased several appliances at the fairlakes store - total disaster. The Bosch cooktop that was delivered (twice) was a unit that had already been installed and used by some one else - the bill of lading for the previous customer was still in the box. The warehouse seems to not be connected to their stores. When I mentioned that a used unit had been delivered twice, the store manager said “we don’t really know what they do. I eventually puchased my appliaces elsewhere.
