I scraped the right side of the car behind the door exiting a garage at 5 MPH,, and chose W T for the work because of its high ratings in Checkbook, even though it was 30 minutes away.  Geico estimated that it might take 1 month for repairs, but whenI brought the car for W.T. to look at, Jason estimated that it would take only1 week to repair, once he had received the part he needed.  He said I couldbring the car once he had received it. I agreed to bring the car in a few weeks later, on a Monday and he said he expected to finish by the following Monday.   When I checked in on Fri. to confirm the Monday pickup, Jasonsaid that he had discovered additional damage, and that Geico had approved thesupplementary cost.  Now he said that thecar would not be ready until the following Fri.  That seemed reasonable, but when I called that following Friday, he said it would not be ready until Monday, on my next calls it was not until Wed., then Fri.  On Friday he said I could pick it up at 10am Mon, but when I arrived he said that it would not be done until the the middle of the afternoon so that was another 60 minutes of driving back and forth. When I picked it up it looked fine . . . until, 6 weeks later, when I went to try to buckle the seat belts in back, and I discovered that when the seat was reinstalled, the belt buckles had not been made accessible.  When I called to complain Jason said he could remove the seat to get the buckles, but that I would have to leave the car overnight.  Meanwhile I also discovered that the rear left side parking sensor was awry.  I thought that maybe this was an unrelated matter, but Geico said that W T had worked on the rear bumper and so it was probably related.  I chose to get the seatbelts pulled up and sensor fixed by a closer body shop.  I would not return to W T.

I've used W.T. for body work on a few different vehicles. Body and paint work has been top notch.
