We've brought our cars to Nova FAS several times, each time with what we thought were awful problems. In each case, they diagnosed the situation, told us what our options were, helped identify the actual risks for our options, and fixed the problems quickly. They could have charged us much more or been less than ethical, but they were above board. We are so glad we found them!

The work cost considerably less than what they quoted; very reasonable. In addition, they did the work surprisingly fast.

I needed extensive replacement of parts on three wheels of my 2002 Toyota Highlander (great car). Nova Family Auto Service quickly gave me a quote at a very reasonable price. Parts were ordered and all necessary work was done without any delay. The final cost did not deviate from the initial quote. Friendly and professional service from the front desk person and excellent service by the technician. I highly recommend this business and will use them again in the future as needed.
