We are very pleased with Connor's service. We have a contract with them. We had a mice problem and they came every two weeks until the problem was eliminated. They schedule and show up every quarter for follow up maintenance to replace mice bait and spray for ants. When I had a recent problem with ants in the garden, they came the same day and sprayed the entire garden and foundation of house. Chip is our service tech who is reliable, informative and pleasant. Another tech (Dakota, I think) who performed a quarterly check when Chip was out, was also outstanding. their prices are competitive. I would definitely recommend them.

During a previous service call, I pointed out to the tech what appeared to be insect frass. He said he did not know what it was but would refer the issue to someone else at Connors. He never followed up. Additionally the postcard that announced this service call said the tech would be there on a particular weekday. He never called, never came, and instead showed up unannounced on a Saturday.

Before the January service call, I noticed the baitbox (which normally was up against the wall of the house) was out in a flower bed. After the call, the box was still in that place, and I assume unchecked and unfilled since it was never returned to its proper place.

Connor's scheduling system appears to have been devised for their convenience and not that of its customers. They do not call until the evening before the service call to say what time they are coming.

Also, a tech ruined two vents in the foundation of my house by screwing screens onto them. I did not ask him to do this. These vents no longer open and will not be easy to replace. I pointed this out to Connors, but they made no remediation.
