We have used PestNow of Sterling for many years, and the results have always been good. Their service technicians are very pleasant and glad to explain what they are doing.

I had had a contract with this firm. Paid almost $800 plus for a treament against a non-covered pest. That did not work. They could not redress after several recalls and when I finally called another company, it turned out that they had used an ineffective method. Essentially they offer services which they are not competent to provide, so one needs to be careful

I have used Pest Now for almost 4 years. The churn of employees has been maddening. They are frequently late because they are over booked or scheduled for a previous job MILES away from my location, but no one calls to say that they are running late. The most recent issue has been a mouse infestation and after COUNTLESS, unproductive trips of setting out bait stations they believed that they finally identified the point of entry. However, having made an educated "guess" about the point of entry, the only thing they could do was to point it out and put another bait trap in. I had to hire a contractor for several hundred dollars to seal multiple points of entry and in doing so, he found a a deep burrow under my porch where the Pest Now staff had been baiting but they never identified. I was talking to the regional manager, the service manager to try to resolve these issues but to no avail. In the midst of this the company raised their rate for quarterly service. THE END for me....they may have rates lower than other companies, but as the old saying goes "you get what you pay for...".
