If you need termite remediation, run as fast as you can from this company. Over the course of the 3 years they incorrectly tried to treat an active infestation using inferior (cheap) chemicals, undertrained staff, and outright lied to us. They will promptly come out to re-treat (the only positive is that they do take calls quickly) but every time they came they sent techs that did a quick did a sloppy job. I learned later that pest techs are suppose to show you their license number when they arrive. No tech from PestNow ever did. This leads me to believe that the techs sent were not formally trained to deal with termite infestations. They also use a generic, low quality termicide to keep down costs. For three years in a row, every spring, we continued to have swarming termites in our garage, and each year Pest Now said it was normal, that it was other termites finding ways out, that it wasn't an infestation. Turns out this was a plain lie and we continued to have an active infestation for the entire time. We dropped PestNow and started working with another company and we could tell immediately the difference in the care and thought put into identifying the problem and coming up with a strategy to handle the infestation. Highly recommend people think twice before working with PestNow.

Consistently on-time, pleasant, and professinoal. Initially resolved my problem, but since it returned a couple years later they have not been able to resolve my problem.
