Famous for bait-and-switch tactics. Quoting one price for crowns at initial session, then changing pricing when you are in the chair about to receive service at followup session. Had read on Yelp about others with similar experience. Once they upped the price, I walked out.

Cack-handed (drops things on floor). Recommends/does what's easiest for her rather than the dentistry that's needed. Sometimes overblown; when she got mononucleosis she told me (and other patients in my hearing) that she might die and we might have to go elsewhere. Actually, mono is rarely fatal and she recovered fine. She plays favorites with patients, cancelling appointments to make room for favorites (unfavorites then have to reschedule). At my last regular visit this past summer when her hygienist was out she had to clean my teeth herself, and she remarked that I really didn't want her to do it (she was right; she was hasty, ungentle and incomplete). All this had been going on for years. I finally went elsewhere and found a better dentist whose practice had previously been closed (see other rating review).
