I had been using this company for my heating and air conditioning for many years (10+). But with my most recent 2 A/C issues (faulty thermostat and A/C circuit board), they took their time to complete the repairs over 2 weeks and never gave me any cost estimates. I used to recommend them to my neighbors and friends, but find that their services have not lived up to their name 'Quality'.
