They are very thorough in examining the car, looking for and resolving problems, and explaining what the issues are and proposing solutions. They are clear on what needs immediate attention and what can wait and explaining costs. Work is done quickly and completely and they stand behind the work.

I've been taking my 2006 RAV4 to Auto Tech of Tysons for several years now -- each time, the assessment of what needs to be done is honest and the price is more than fair, particularly when compared with dealership prices and heavy pressure for what we in our family call "mop and glow"-- unnecessary extras. I went in with what I thought was failing shocks/struts and expected a $1500 bill. I came out with replaced broken sway bar links and a bill of less than half that.
