Peak Roofing is more expensive than other roofing contractors. However, the products they install and their workmanship are all excellent. To me, that was worth the extra expense. They are mindful of foundation plantings, covering them to prevent damage, and they pick up all debris before they leave. To their credit, when I noticed a slight problem after the work was done, they promptly sent out a crew to fix it, without argument or trying to get me to pay more. I offer two points of caution. First, carefully read the contract before signing. When they sent me their standard boilerplate contract, I noticed a couple of clauses that were problematic, in the sense that they placed the burden of risk entirely on me rather than on themselves or rather than sharing the risk. I was able to negotiate with them to revise the wording in those clauses to share the risk, but you can do that only if you read the contract and be willing to talk with them before you sign. Second, if you purchase a roof system with a manufacturer's warranty (which I did), you may find the warranty paperwork to be somewhat vague, in which case I'd recommend that you work through Peak Roofing to acquire a more specific written warranty statement from the manufacturer.

I had two roofs replaced on two houses. Additionally had my neighbors on each side also engage with PEAK. They gave us a slightly reduce price which was appreciated. They did a great job, cleaned up nicely and guaranteed their work.

Excellent work. Highly professional. Provided useful insights on different options, such as gutter guards and ridge vents. Also had the best price. Yes, better, faster, and cheaper.
