The prices were really over the top. The furiture seems quailty but the price was too high.

Bought a couch. Once home, we sat in it. If one sat at one end, they sank. Called the store. They sent a representative out. While inspecting he stated that this was a manufacturing defect and to go to the store first thing the following morning to get a replacement. (The one we sat on in the store was fine.) At the store, they refused to do anything and kept telling us that the couch was sinking on one end due to normal wear and tear. This was less than 2 weeks after we received it. Our children are grown and gone. It is just the 2 of us. The loveseat sits fine. For now, we bought a piece of wood to put under the cushions so that we will not sink. While at the store, another dissatisfied customer came in. She had also received defective furniture that they would not do anything about. Looked them up online. There are numerous complaints against this store and company. Wish we had read the reviews prior to purchasing. Be very careful when purchasing anything from this store. Use a credit card or some form of payment that allows you recourse through them if the store does not cooperate.
