Had our patio door replaced on what happened to be the coldest day of the year! The contractor "crew" they used was a single person. He was very good with good attention to install details (like liberally applied insulating foam) and offered some extra service we needed for no extra charge. Neither he nor we thought to cover our house plants that were exposed to the sub-zero temps for the hour or more when no door was in place. Sadly it appears most of them won't recover but, again, we didn't think to protect them either. We would, and probably will, use both Anderson and that particular sub-contractor (Rafael Flores) again for other window or door projects.
