I'm not convinced Keith Slay and his staff are entirely diligent in their work. I asked for a well test for flow volume and a technician opened the well head and let water just run out on the ground, declaring "Yeah, that looks like 10 gal/min." There was no actual measure made and I was charged $150. I can tell from our farm's water usage that the well is pumping less than 4 gal/min. This was a costly and useless service call. Then, I took in my pressure pump, asking for a checkout and rebuilt because the pressure tops out at 40 PSI when it should be at least 70 PSI. Once they had it on the bench and ran it, they called and said "it seems fine, what's the problem". I had to repeat that the pressure was only 40 PSI, which they would have know if they had actually measured it. Again, I have little confidence in their work.
