I asked Hargen's to quote on fixing leaky downspouts that needed to fixed immediately, and while here, also asked for separate quotes on a couple of other jobs, like adding leaf guards, that I might need someday. After being promised a quote in two days I had to follow up and after a week got one quote to do everything. I asked for the quote to be separated out as promised and never heard back. Based on lack of response, I would go elsewhere to have work done.
