Worked with Boisson for three years. The only year when things went seamlessly was the second year even though I got mixed messages on whether or not I had to pay extra for a hard copy of my return. The first year I requested a clean copy of my return (that didn’t have the word “copy” on every page) and she said that for security reasons she couldn’t!? She finally did produce a clean one. The third year, even though we had signed an agreement regarding the cost of tax preparation she started adding additional charges (of aspects that were included in previous years and that were not included as extras in the agreement) before filing my return. Besides being a hassle to work with, she was unprofessional that last year.
