After getting several quotes for the removal of first and second floor wrought iron security grills on our row house (2 windows lower + 3 windows upper), Marshall was clearly my first choice based entirely on the precise and informative telephone conversation, including our discussing some possibilities for expanding our fence and gate system--he certainly knows his field, his firm being a second-generation family company. I booked the date for the removal, and Marshall showed up exactly on time, completed the work with great efficiency and hard work (including lowering the very heavy triple-window security bar by himself in an ingeniously improvised solution using his ladder and ropes), and his final charge for the work was less than I'd anticipated based on our discussion, and less than quoted by competitors. He will certainly remain my first--and only--choice for any future fence and gate work.

Marshall May is an excellent iron man. Has repaired several old fences and also made a moveable ladder to a garage roof.
