I have a my Best Buy total membership and all of my Geek Squad remote computer services and Geek Squad in-person computer repair services in the store have been included in the membership so far. There are some services that have separate costs. They inform me in the total membership website information the value of the services that were provided. The annual membership fee is defintely worth it, over and over again for each service.

I used to enjoy trips to Best Buy on days not much going on. Nowadays, it's more of a hassle finding what I need & a majority of the floor are just there to move customers along. They have no knowledge of the products in their dept. Also, the prices are no longer worth the hassle & frustration. I now only shop there if I require an item same day. The Rewards Zone latest terms don't even have the appeal to utilize it. Large items was my only logical reason to shop at a store but I even ordered my last TV online & it was delivered with white glove treatment free of charge. Promotions aren't even worth subscribing to the newsletter any longer.
