I met with the manager to obtain a quote. I accepted the quote and scheduled a date for the service On the service date, a technician showed up and said his assistant had called in sick, so they would have to reschedule. On the reschedule date, I was called and said they had an emergency job and would have to call reschedule again. I have no proof, but the delays seemed bogus.
