The therapists are wonderful! Competent, caring, innovative, patient and encouraging... Their billing dept is the polar opposite...hard to contact; do not respond in a timely fashion and regular screw ups w bills.

The therapists provide good care, John in particular is very thorough. Recently I had two billing issues with them. I paid a bill electronically, then received a paper bill for the same amount 3 weeks later. Following that mix up, I was billed twice for my last visit, called billing, but they said only one claim was made. My credit card company saw the two charges for the same visit and is contesting one.
