After he made multiple errors in our taxes that were difficult to rectify (and for which he offered no help although one error was completely his in completion of 1040), our new tax preparer for this year found another error made by Tony Marinucci that we have to rectify this year. He missed filing a required form. Overall, a disastrous performance by an ignorant CPA. I had to go to my congressman to get the Taxpayer Advocate to fix ithe most costly error for me...which worked.
