Due to repeated billing errors, I had set their bill aside, until I had a chance to check it's accuracy. I ended being late on payment. When my trash was not picked up, I asked them if I had been missed by accident, or if was because my payment was late. I asked twice, and months later, have still not received a response or any info. I went with a different company.
