Franc has serviced my septic system for the past 16 years. I called and told them that I had a time window between 1 and 3 pm. They showed up at 2:57. Identifing the problem and repair took another hour making me very late for my doc appointment that then needed to be rescheduled. The company has been taken over by a firm in New England and their prices have gone up dramatically. They quoted me a price of several thousand to come back and do the job "right". From my past personal experiance doing the same pump replacement at other properties, it's a job that can be done well for a few hundred dollars. I clearly need a new septic system service company!!
