That negligence, combined with the slum-like conditions at Robin Towers, led me to conclude that Bernstein Brothers Management is a TERRIBLE company. The hallways smelled like urine, most residents appeared to be single males who looked like they were barely hanging on, and cockroaches were crawling on the ceiling and all over the kitchen of the unit I was shown, with no comment about them from the maintenance employee conducting the tour. The hardwood floors were also peeling and buckling in most rooms.
I do not, not, not recommend doing any business with them. Ever.
