This company was property co for many years for my no va condo. they gave all appearances of being upfront about costs/budgets and handling projects properly. They were not and ran over assn board and finally were dismissed. Had many complaints and unwillingness to conduct daily business needs with owners and residents.

TWC is ok. I was a board member and enjoyed working with Kim the owner. The person assigned to us from TWC is horrible, rude and condescending.
