I had awful noise coming from my laptop. Was concerned whether it was the fan or hard drive failure. I contacted James' company through Thumbtack. He was first on the list and entered my concerns after selecting him and he responded immediately even though it was before his business hours. Turns out the problem was the fan which he anticipated and not either my hard drives. We scheduled his visit in my home for 2 days later. He arrived with the fan part in hand given my Dell laptop SN. He replaced the fan and all is well (and blessedly quiet) after installation. He was true to the price quote which I thought was very reasonable for in-home service. I will totally use his services again.
