After reviewing 5 other window installers that were also recommended by Consumer Checkbook, I selected Stansell to replace all windows for my 1 story home. Brian was detailed in his estimate and able explained window details such as coatings, etc. Their install crew was easy to work with and solve minor problems that came up during install. I highly recommend them for window installs!

We recently had Stansell install six large windows and a 12’ slider. Their work was impeccable. Our sales rep, Leslie, was awesome. Great follow up and customer service. We still need more windows and we will definitely have Stansell do the work. Also, their bid was the lowest, but that was not reflected in the quality of their work or product. Highly recommended!

I had an excellent experience working with Stansell Glass. They recently installed 13 windows in my home, and I could not be happier with how beautiful they turned out. Leslie, who provided the initial quote, was knowledgeable and informative on the different types of window installations (flange, no flange) and what would work best for my house. She also provided invaluable information on what to expect during the installation process. Her level of customer service throughout the entire process exceeded my expectations. It is by far the best customer service I have ever received from any contractor I have worked with. I was told by other installers that my custom-made window blinds would have to “bumped out” to accommodate the new windows. Brian, one of the owners, assured me that would not happen, and boy did he deliver. No adjustments for the blinds were required on any of the windows!! The installers Drew, Matt and Noah were great. They were prompt, courteous and careful with everything inside and outside my home. They clearly have high standards for quality assurance. I did my due diligence and received bids from other window installers. The price quote I received from Stanstell Glass was competitive with those bids. I selected them because of the upfront information provided by Leslie, and I wanted to support a small, family-owned business. Their work exceeded my highest expectations and was the smoothest home improvement project I have ever made. I highly recommend them.
