I had three appointments at the Safelite facility in Bellevue Washington, and they never were able to replace the damaged windshield on my car. The first time their replacement glass was scratched and couldn’t be used. The second time their replacement glass’s camera bracket was not in the correct position. The third time I was told there was a mix up so work on my car was never even started. I took my car to a different glass company’s shop who successfully replaced the windshield at the first appointment.

The first attempt to replace a windshield at the shop showed a problem days later when a heavy rainstorm caused water to drip from the overhead console. Fortunately Safelite agreed to fix it right away and a 2nd replacement scheduled a few days later in my garage was all good.
