Avoid the service department. I have an 18 year old V70R that has been serviced by Barrier, Auto Nation and now the Swickard Group. I have followed recommended maintenance service intervals and the car has been very reliable. During the last two years I have been disappointed in the number of times I have had to return my car to the service department only to have them correct a problem with something they had serviced. I have noticed a significant change in the quality of service during the last two years and I will no longer be using Volvo Cars of Bellevue or any dealer associated with the Swickard Group. Unfortunately, I will no longer consider a Volvo as my next car since this group seems to have taken over the Volvo dealerships in the Seattle area.
