Over several years they have made some mistakes. Some I caught before being fined by IRS. Others were just careless. Our advisor was ill-informed about our goals, after correcting him repeatedly, and almost never discussed our rate of return--the whole point of investing there. We were recently informed thru an email that they have dropped us as clients . Saves me the trouble of dropping them.
