I have lots of blood work done, and I always go to Overlake. No other phlebotomists have been as good as they are, in my experience. They do get backed up, but so do all the other labs. Welcome to US health care in 2026. My husband is an extreme needle-phobe, and the phlebotomists at Overlake are so quick and pleasant he doesn't have time to freak out. Amazing.
