I leased a condo from them. It had a multitude of serious issues that weren't corrected prior to leasing, including sewer gas leak, roof leak, plumbing leaks, sewer backing up in shower, gas leaking from fireplace, mold. After 1 month I terminated my lease. Once they found me as a tenant, they refused to do anything to mitigate the situation. They were horrible to work with in every way. My real estate agent couldn't get any response from them, other than "too bad".
