My 23 year old water heater died and I called multiple providers from the Consumer Checkbook list. They were the only ones who answered my call and had someone who was not an office worker talk to me, along with being willing to spend the time on the phone going over my options based on what I wanted. They came out right away to assess my situation and the new (tankless, high efficiency) gas water heater was installed two days later. I contacted them with concerns and someone came out and addressed them.

They did have to come back to rewire an a/c unit. No charge and it works perfectly. Reasonable pricing.
