Job: Oil change and inspection and R/R the PCV valve. The quote was over $600 to R/R the PCV valve, most of it labor 95%. Flat Rate manual was 3 hours and said the valve manifold required removal. The job was completed in less than an hour which is impossible. The PCV valve can't be changed while an oil change is being done, A new service manger started that day. He did not check with the mechanic as he said he would . He offered a 15% discount. After a week I caved. I paid by check which was a mistake. That was two years ago. I haven't been back. for

Went in for a routine service that turned into a more extensive repair. They no longer have a courtesy shuttle service, so I was stuck there for five hours.
