Took in a 2018 Forester for suspension issues and walked out $2,000 lighter. Turned out a bunch of bushings were worn out. They provided a video of the parts involved. Nice touch considering the $175 diagnostic fee. Eliminates most concerns about fake repairs. Looked like a personal version of "Just Rolled In" on Youtube. Repairs were done in a day.
