They were pretty helpful overall, especially since I am so indecisive! The staff was patient and let us try out every single one. I also had to warranty the one we purchased because it started to push out the sides (the sides didn't hold up like they should) and they were very prompt in fixing it. However, I had to do it twice. When they came the first time, we had someone at the house for us as we were out of town. They denied the claim. When I got back, I called them back and when they returned, I tore the sheets off and showed them exactly what I was talking about. I guess the first guy didn't even remove the comforter. (Really?!) Once I made them look at it again, they approved it.

We got in and out with exactly what we wanted in almost no time. Financing options were amazing and fast and easy. Loved the sales rep we dealt with and the mattresses were delivered in 4 days!
