Been here multiple times over the years and have never had a bad experience. Staff are very professional over the years of visiting. Sometimes wait times can be long but that happens with urgent care facilities where unknown people with unknown issues come in off the street and there really is no way to prepare. They do have x ray but not CT or MRI. To make things easier if you go to the Valley Urgent Care website before they open (Check time) you can request a time usually an hour or 2-3 from opening. I believe they call it "get in line." You might have to refresh the page if you open it early buy as I live 30 minutes away it saves a lot of my time. When doing it this way I've gotten in no later than 20 minutes after appointment time and many cases within 5 minutes.
