I took my car to Edmonds Automotive for some expensive, but routine maintenance. This was shortly after they reopened and the front desk seemed a bit disorganized. When I called on the phone to explain what I needed I was given a not-to-exceed price and told it would take two hours. When I brought the car in I was given an estimate that was 30% higher and told I had to leave the car all day. I rescheduled the appt and paid the higher price; they did honor the 2-hour turnaround, which was appreciated. Their higher price was still slightly lower than the dealership's price, so I will consider using them again with a better understanding of the cost.
