The store stands behind it's work. When an carpet installation resulted in need for a repair, they responded immediately and made the repair promptly without questions ! I've always been pleased with the service.

poor installation; carpet developed ridges and would only re-stretch for a high fee. after agreeing to lower fee, company still billed at higher amount.
