I had a less-than-satisfactory experience with them. Specifically, I was referred there for a frozen shoulder. To be fair, I started PT before I could get an MRI scheduled and before I consulted with an Orthopedic doctor. We started a weekly schedule of visits. During the visits, I asked questions about my shoulder grinding while doing the exercises - was that a good thing or a bad thing. Both therapists said they did not know. Huh? When I finally got the MRI results and spoke with an Ortho doctor, I asked about this and was told a joint grinding during PT exercises was a bad thing. The Ortho Doctor suggested I not continue with PT, and that's what I did. Left me with a feeling that so long as insurance would pay for PT, they would 'run the clock' to get the most visits approved. Not a good feeling. I'm not going back there.
