They removed a popcorn ceiling and managed to contaminate the ductless heatpump units in each of my rooms, total of 3. They did a poor job masking and there was popcorn goop in each of the units' filters. They claimed this was impossible but I tested it myself, using the same lab as them (NVL Labs). They denied it and at the end of the project sent me a partially angry letter about how they "tried to work with me" on the project. I had other asbestos abatement people come in to inspect their work, they said they didn't encapsulate the remaining plaster correctly and that it was dangerous. They are not to be trusted.
