Nathan responded promptly to my request for proposals. We agreed on a date and time. However, he and his assistant arrived arrived early because they had a cancellation. They cleaned two chimneys and informed me that I had creosote build up in both. He recommended a creosote removal product and the store where it could be purchased. The whole process took about an hour.

The owner was very concerned about work performed by a sub-contractor. They addressed all of my concerns about the work performed and personally corrected poor workmanship performed by them.
