I had a kitchen drain backed up into the bathtub. I called Archie’s Plumbing who recommended Greenlake sewer. I called Greenlake Sewer after 6 PM upon that recommendation and they came out the next morning and fix the problem in under an hour. They were quick clean and very pleasant. The problem was solved, and I was very happy. They even love dogs.

Chuck and Brian showed up exactly when they said they would, quickly assessed the situation (blocked kitchen drain on which we had unsuccessfully tried two snakes, a wet-dry vac, and hot water), wheeled in a powered snake of exactly the right size, and skillfully manipulated it past the sanitary tee -- something we never managed on our own. They ran plenty of water through to make sure the drain was clear, offered advice on maintenance, and were done in half an hour. We were able to get a next-day appointment. We're happy customers.
