Overall, Goldfinch was good to work with. Their window installers were wonderful: on time, great job, etc. We went with Milgard windows because of the lifetime guarantee. They did not get back to us with a quote on a front door. After 2 tries, we went with someone else.

Proposal measurements were incorrect requiring adjustments in the field. Door ordered was wrong size and not design requested. Representative did not respond to contacts. Company difficult to contact. Project experienced lengthy delays. Billing was erroneous.

The Goldfinch crew did a good job replacing our large cracked window, though the old window shattered as they were removing it (not sure if that could've been prevented?). The new window looks fine and appears to be well installed. On the first attempt, it turned out, that the replacement window was the wrong size (not sure who's fault that was). They re-ordered a window and the second attempt was successful.
