Not Recommended
Seemed like a "shoe-string" operation. Could not get paperwork from him in advance of doing the work. Did not respond to email. Jacked up the price when he didn't remember one extra he had previously agreed to in the original bid. Because it was a small job, I went ahead with it when he showed up, and the work was performed adequately. But if you use him, make getting the paperwork in ahead of doing the job a requirement before proceeding.
