The manager, Zac who is the owner's son and his employee, Lacy are lacking any type of customer service skills that one would expect from a business. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism from a company in my lifetime. The treatment was bordering on verbal abuse. Their technician caused damage to my equipment, and they did nothing to make it right. Then they lie to make themselves look good. Horrible company.

Brought in lawn tractor for advertised service. It has a mandatory additional fee, in this case $150.00 for a cleaning and inspection before the tech even looks at it. Also, the staff's attitude is like they're doing consumer's a favor.
